It’s about time I told something about the Leica M11 camera I got on January 14-th. And I’m not going to do a review, that has been done enough and by those more qualified to do them. Instead, I’m going to use pictures I took with the M11 to tell it’s story.

Yesterday I went to town and got myself a Visoflex 2 electronic viewfinder for my new Leica M11. Why? Well, it seems to be necessary for exact focusing of longer focal length lenses on that 60 MPx sensor. In my first week with the M11, there were some suboptimal results:

Much has been written about Leica‘s new M11 introduced yesterday. I got caught up in the frenzy and got one today. Noticed something about that 61 MPx sensor: it has got Kodachrome colors! I‘ve been missing those striking reds for so long!
